Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: We require a 24 hour notification for cancellation so that we may give your time slot to another client. You will be required to pay a fee for a no-show or cancelled appointment with less than a 24 hour notice.
Q: What if I am running late?
A: If you are running late, please call the office so we can try to make adjustments so you may enjoy the full time scheduled.
Q: What is your payment policy?
A: Appointments must be reserved with a credit card number. We accept cash, check and all credit/debit cards except for American Express.
Q: What is your product return policy?
A: Unopened product may be exchanged for credit towards a treatment of your choice.
Q:What products do you use in your facials?
A: We use a mix of simple and eco-friendly products loaded with micronized nutrients so that they may be best absorbed by your skin.
Q: Will my skin be red afterwards?
A: Depending on your sensitivity and treatment, you may be a little pink. Your aesthetician will provide you with the best treatments to calm the skin.
Q: How often should I have facial?
A: Since it takes approximately 28 days for the pores to fill up again and for new skin cells to migrate to the surface, a monthly treatment is recommended.
