Going to Charlotte for a facial after a very long, stressful week at work is a treat! I love the conversations we have and love the staff. They are always helpful and sweet. I definitely recommend this place to the most discerning spa goers.

This office is wonderful. The entire staff is very nice and friendly. Charlotte is extremely knowledgeable in her field of expertise - which is EVERYTHING related to skincare and dermatology. Seriously, this woman is smart, actually cares about your skin, gives a fantastic acne facial and is so funny! (I LOVE her laugh!) Also, I cannot leave a review without mentioning Robin! She is equally as educated in her field of expertise which is electrolysis. Robin is gentle, works quickly and efficiently and is so great to talk to. She is an extremely sweet woman and cares about her clients!!! She is a woman found few and far between. If you need skincare or hair removal in the LA area go here!!! You won't regret it.
